Dear Friends, I have the most exciting news for you.
If you are looking for peace in your life, you
can stop trying to control the world and other
people now. Just take a pen and cross them off your
list of Things To Do.
Which is a good thing, because it wouldn't have
worked anyway. Partly because it's impossible.
Mostly because neither your world nor other people
are the primary source of your stress.
Kind of a heady statement. But oh, the magic
it can bring into your life when you start to make
the changes from the inside out.
There are specific techniques you can learn and
apply in your daily living which will reduce stress
in your life. Stress can take many forms such as
worry, anger, regret and feelings of hopelessness. I can teach you how
to feel more in control of your own emotions and
less victimized by outside circumstances. I can help
you feel more content and at peace with your world
without changing it or anyone else around you.
It's not rocket science, but it does take a strong
commitment to change your life for the better, the
motivation to do the work it will require, and a
